What a great Saturday this has been. From being down in the game to coming back and winning against a team that wanted to play spoiler. UCF wins against RICE 31-28 and we become the Conference USA East Champs. What a great feeling that was for us. Then to top it off. The team that we will most likely will face in the championship loses and we will host the Conference championships in Orlando!!
Everyone in the house was going nuts. Champagne went great with our Rice themed meals. We has sushi for appetizer, fajitas with rice for lunch and rice krispy treats for desert.
December 3rd can't get her fast enough!!!
